This gorgeous summer Peterloon Estate Wedding was perfect. Katie and Trey’s day was planned and designed by the incredible Samantha Joy Events. Samantha designed their day around the two of them and incorporated a lot of personal touches for the couple and their guests.

For this summer Peterloon Estate wedding, the couple leaned into their love of northern Michigan and going there every summer growing up. Bringing in coastal elements while also highlighting the property and hosting a gorgeous tented event was a priority for the couple. Their wedding designer and planner, Samantha, was able to execute their vision to the highest level.

Even though it rained and we thought their pup, Murphy, wasn’t going to be able to attend, he was able to make a surprise appearance when we had a break in the rain! We even lucked out with some sunset photos down by the sunken pool. Check out their engagement photos here! We went on a sailboat up in Chicago and it was a perfect nod to their wedding day.

This gorgeous tented event hosted guests for cocktails, dinner, and dancing until late into the night. Guests enjoyed the passed hors dourves, plated dinner, and specialty cocktails that were served up. Dancing the night away, Katie and Trey had a perfect day from start to finish.
